Coverior’s founder holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering and a Master of Science in Security Engineering and Risk Management. With more than 15 years of extensive experience in security, risk management, and investigative work, the background spans multiple sectors — hospitals, asphalt and industrial environments, emergency services, construction and property management, as well as the telecommunications and wider technology sector — including international assignments.
The idea of Coverior was born in the midst of joyful cheer chants as the founder waited for their children at competitive cheerleading trainings, competitions, and camps. In these moments, it became visible how much the hobby gives to young people, and how often families’ financial situation can affect the possibility to continue.
Alongside these moments arose the thought that everyday waiting moments can be more than just waiting. From them can be built an opportunity to produce concrete benefit for companies and at the same time support young athletes in staying involved in their beloved hobby even as life situations change.
